Dusty brings more than 30 years experience in development, marketing, and leadership success in the non-profit marketplace. He offers results-driven counsel in strategic thinking, major gifts, annual fundraising, foundations, radio pledge drives and working with executive teams to pursue growth of the entire organization. Rhodes serves on various boards including the national Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA – Colorado Springs chapter), the international fundraising think tank Rogare, the values-based crowdfunding site Gifted Coin, and on the board of his home church.

Mike Clabaugh

Mike Clabaugh is the founder and recently-retired president of VisionQuest Alliance, now named Tenfold BPO. Prior to VisionQuest, Mike spent 31 years in the corporate world with Cincinnati Milacron, which was headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. Mike served in several management and executive positions in the US and Europe, including Group Vice President, with full P&L responsibility for Machine Tools Worldwide. The Machine Tool Group during that period generated $500 million in annual sales with approximately 5,000 employees. Mike was responsible for several strategic initiatives for Milacron ranging from acquisitions to establishing joint ventures in India, China, and South Korea.
